Bolivia: New regulation on maximum allowable emission limits for vehicles

 

Bolivia has published the Ministerial Resolution No. 064 to regulate the importation of new and old motor vehicles, and motor vehicles for reconditioning, motor vehicles from diplomatic missions and international organizations, and seized and abandoned motor vehicles, through the establishment of a mechanism for verifying compliance with the maximum allowable emission limits, with a view to protecting public health and the environment.
